Don't believe their good reviews, most of them are fake and paid. The real facts say that this company has a bad reputation and they do what they can to rebuild it.
I ordered from them twice and not going to do this anymore. Because both times were terrible. My first order took two months to arrive. And the second one didn't arrive at all.
I let them know about it numerous times, but they just didn't care. That's how they treat us. I am not surprised. What a horrible place!
First off they
are the most comfortable I have found. The big problem is when they get wet your feet slide out the sides of the shoe. you need to find someway to fit this problem. I’m seventh and have fallen twice due to foot sliding out and busting my head. You don’t know when it’s going to start raining
I bought my shoes in August of 2022.
They fit well, they are a little tight but seem to be loosing up over time. I bought the shoe due to extremely high arches and my Birkenstocks just wasn’t cutting it anymore. I have had to slowly transfer to wearing them they have caused some pain in my feet and legs. Skip forward’s now September rain has started and when they get wet they are slippery in the foot bed! Of all places and as Tight as they are the foot bed becomes a greasy pig and I rolled my ankle… now of all time after our 107* days it’s cooling off and I need to be outside I can’t because of a shoe. Thanks!
I quit wearing my flip flops for that exact reason. They were way to loose on my feet and I felt like I was going to trip and fall because my feet slid around in them. I emailed multiple times about returning for a smaller size and at first they seemed receptive but nothing ever happened with an exchange and now they don't even return or answer my emails. Total BS! Do not buy from them!
I purchased these flip flops on 9-7-19 for issues with my knees. I weigh 165 and I am 5'6". The bottoms of the shoe is already wearing down to where I have no tread left. After paying $60 for these I would expect these shoes to last longer than a month.
I'd think twice before buying their shoes -- I suffered an extremely painful BROKEN LEG AND ANKLE from a pair of their shoes that offer NO support on the sides, so at the slightest hill, my foot slid off the footbed & severely broke my leg and my ankle. They still sell that type of shoe...my experiences, before i knew any better, were horrendous with the company in ordering & then in a return. Sickening and more people need to know about the danger in wearing their shoes!
I fell for their marketing & thot I'd give their shoes a try. I had the same horrible customer service on top of ending up with 10 screws, a big plate & 30 stitches, a broken leg and both ankles. My foot slid off the shoebed because their 'shoes' have NO SUPPORT on the sides. I like the sole of their shoe well enough, but the rest of the shoe had a pretty high price for me! I'd NEVER spend their ludicrous prices for another pair and am considering a lawsuit.
