OnTrac review: Should be zero stars

Should be zero stars. They delivered me an empty box. It was ripped open and per my doorbell camera, the delivery guy was holding it by the ripped-open tape, you could see the ripped open box. He knew there was nothing in it, it was so light, (I'm sure his wife / girlfriend got my nice expensive perfume for Christmas). No one else came on my property. I have it all on tape. Thank goodness the store I bought from is replacing it. This time they are sending by UPS.
