According to their tracking, my package arrived at the OnTrac final servicing facility in Knoxville, where I live, on 12/2 at 6:39 AM. At 10:00 it shows it was loaded onto a vehicle and it shows as Out for Delivery at 11:00 and Delivery Pending at 11:06. Then at 1:49 AM on 12/3 it arrived (for the second time) at the final shipping facility in Knoxville. The next entry is that it arrived at the final shipping facility in Knoxville at 2:03 AM on 2/4 and at 10:05 AM was loaded onto vehicle. On 2/5 at 1:15 AM it arrived, for the 3rd time at the final shipping facility in Knoxville.
At 8:35 on 2/5 it was loaded onto vehicle. At 9:32 the status on their tracking site updated to Departed for Transfer, yet at 10:34 I received a text that it was out for delivery. The online status does not show out for delivery, but that it was transferred. On 2/3 at 11PM I submitted a customer service request asking about my package. I have received no response as of 2/5 at 1:10 PM other than an automated acknowledgement of receipt of the inquiry. I have no idea where my package is or if I will ever see it and cannot get a response from them.
Claimed loss: $61.46
Desired outcome: I want my package. If they have lost it, I want reimbursement for its value, since the shipper denies any responsibility for the package after they gave it to OnTrac.
