OnTrac review: OnTrac
OnTrac was supposed to delivery our package on the 1st or 2nd of October 2026 and received a note on the 2nd stating unable to deliver with no explanation. Keep in mind that this package is frozen dog food and it is now the 6th of October and package still has not arrived. Needless to say the frozen dog food is no longer frozen. Why companies use them is beyond my understanding.

Desired outcome: OnTrac is not living up to all the positive reviews on their website.
