I have had to deal with OnTrac multiple times, many times it is NEGATIVE. This has gone on for YEARS. So much so I have tried to request with my deliveries that a company not use them, and if OnTrac is used frequently with a company I stop ordering from them. I just recently had an order have to be redelivered so many times because it was so badly damaged. Not only that, after all the attempts for this ONE ORDER and it getting kind of ridiculous, the driver then tried to say the package had already been delivered -Delivery window came and went, no package. then days later a date was added that it had been delivered days before, yet still no package. 3 days after the date put in their system tracking as the date of delivery, a very damaged package was delivered late in the evening (which was odd), and had to be resent AGAIN. THEN RESENT AGAIN SINCE IT WAS DAMAGED, AGAIN. Seemed kind of suspicious after a while, like they make you pay for speaking up about the crappy service, with obviously no consequences, only consequences for the customers that have to deal with OnTrac. I finally gave up and never got my stuff. I am all for not going to extremes and popping off at the first sign of a "mistake" but it has been years of this. One time I watched from my window one of the drivers (thinking I wasn't home?) not even bring my box to my porch but toss my box it in an open field nearby. I am not kidding, literally thrown from the truck. My daughter and I couldn't believe it. They also OFTEN block the USPS mailbox with deliveries, which for one isn't legal, then I also get notice my paper mail won't be delivered because they can't get to the mailbox. I have read multiple reviews online that blocking mailboxes and leaving things out on the street in front of the mailbox (where they also get stolen or messed with!) is the norm with this company, as I have said, also my experience. BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. A good experience here and there doesn't change an overall pattern of the subpar delivery service.
Recommendation: I personally try to avoid using them, and have contacted companies to request they use another service for my deliveries. Years of bad experiences with ONTrac.
