OnTrac review: I picked one star because it's a hard stop. No stars!!

OnTrac is a horrible company. Multiple times I have had missing packages with this company. I have attempted to file complaints with OnTrac by email, text, and “live” chat with no resolve. I cannot reach a live person. Once I was entering my tracking number that I got from them on their website, the website kept stating the tracking number was invalid. On all occasions of reporting a missing package the system just tells me to contact the seller. I have never experienced delivery problems from any other company. Like most of us I do my fair share of online ordering with no problems which means my house is not hard to find. I am in Rhode Island, so our packages come from the OnTrac Franklin Mass facility. They obviously have a problem with their delivery drivers who I believe are stealing our packages.
Poor business management.
