OnTrac review: Friggin terrible logistics

I placed an order with Chewy and for some idiotic reason my package went from NJ to Arizona (I live in Ohio). Now it's delayed because the south can't do winter. It has medicine for my cats that now will be delayed until god knows when. I hope Ontrac goes out of business soon. Freaking terrible. Why would you ship a package across the entire country TWICE?
Recommendation: If you have a choice choose the post office or horse and buggy. It will get there faster.
