I placed my third order with the same online merchant, the first two were not delivered by OnTrac and were delivered correctly. Both times I was sent a text message, and email confirming my delivery had arrived.
My third order was placed with the same company this time it was shipped using OnTrac. I was given a 2-3 week deliver period by the merchant. After 3 weeks I had not received the package and contacted the merchant, who gave me the tracking information. The tracking information showed that my package was delivered to the wrong address by Ontrac approx 2 weeks prior. I was never contacted by the merchant or OnTrac about delivery. OnTrac now claims they cannot help me because "Its been too long for them to investigate". I also saw that my Apartment number had been changed by someone, not myself, as the merchant has and still has my correct delivery address. A photo that shows delivery to a different address also does not show the apartment number, and that resident said they never received anything with my name on it.
Apparently OnTrac thinks its fine to deceive and rip off seniors and those of us who need the product we order. OnTrac didn't even do do diligence regarding the order. And their customer service is ridiculously bad.
Recommendation: Do NOT under any circumstances use OnTrac, avoid at all costs. Ask for USPS delivery.
