I ordered two pairs of Anna Field boots from UK website www.hatwellplastering.co.uk - no customer service, no confirmation email, in two weeks I got some cheap boots delivered from same address from China. I am asking my bank to charge them back, hopefully they will be able to get the money back also for the return by registered post. Overall it cost me over €100. They should be traced and locked up! Total fraud!
