My birthday was on Feb 13. My friend gave me a perfume Dior Sauvage 100 ml gift with gift receipt. When I opened it, smell is not lasting at all (potentially defected). When I went to Shoppers Drug mart store - 1st of all they were very rude to me & 2ndly they said they can't do anything since it's open. I told them I just want to exchange it to the one which will last long. They said they can't do anything & call the manufacturer. When I called them they said they can't help & only shoppers drug mart can.
Can you please review & advise what are my options? Extremely disappointed with the treatment I got from the member of your store.
Claimed loss: 156 plus taxes
Desired outcome: Either return it or exchange it to other perfume
