LBC Integrated/XPost — delivery
March 1: LBC notified me that I have a delivery. On the afternoon, the delivery personnel informed me that they will deliver. I told them my Mom will be the one receiving since I am confined at the hospital. My Mom informed me that no one arrived to deliver. Called the delivery personnel and he said he'll deliver it the following day.
March 2: No attempt at delivery. Called and a different person answered the call. He said he will tell his colleague.
March 3: Called the number again and the person who answered said he does not work at LBC. His friend who is the one working at LBC just used his phone; +[protected]. Then he gave me another number tel:+[protected]. But it wouldn't answer my calls. So I just texted and asked if the items would be delivered today. No answer.
