I have contacted the support people about 10 times they do not understand what I’m trying to say. I ordered two chairs and expected them to be identical just like the picture on your website. They were not the support staff thinks I am talking about the color is different on each chair. I am not I want two chairs just like what I ordered on the website to be identical and I want these two chairs that I have to be picked up by FedEx.

Desired outcome: to receive two chairs identical to the ones that I ordered on your website. The seat pattern is the same on both chairs but not the print where you rest your back on.
