So, I recently received an email informing me that my credit card had been charged for another year of subscription on Online Pianist. Honestly, I was quite surprised because I (or rather, my daughter) didn't really pay attention to the fine print that mentioned it was an ongoing subscription. Silly us, right?

I mean, I just assumed that if I didn't actively renew it, the subscription would automatically cancel itself. But nope, that wasn't the case. And when I reached out to their customer service to explain the situation and request a refund, they flat out refused. Talk about poor customer service, huh?

It really makes me wonder if they're in dire need of money or something. I mean, why else would they be so unwilling to accommodate a simple request like this? It's a shame, really. I had high hopes for Online Pianist, but this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

I signed up 3 years ago and AS SOON AS I SIGNED UP, I went and found the automatic repayments and cancelled them.

Found out last month that it has been charged 2 YEARS IN A ROW without my knowledge, I messaged the customer service (Aravind-WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH) within 24 hours of the money being taken out of my account. I explained to them which they then replied that I needed PROOF FROM 3 YEARS AGO THAT I CANCELLED THE SERVICE. Which no one thinks a reputable place would steal from you! They have refused to refund me which is absolutely appalling seeing as their service didn't register that I had in fact cancelled the automatic subscription. STAY AWAY DO NOT SIGN UP AS YOU WILL BE STOLEN FROM!

This app ain't got enough Spanish songs, man. Like, 95% of the songs are in English, which is a bummer.
