I recently bought a Glarry f style mandolin case from glarrymusic.com. It's been a week since I made the purchase and I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. According to Glarry, it's a FedEx issue, but when I contacted FedEx, they told me that Glarry hasn't even called them to pick up the package. All they did was create a shipping label. As a result, my item is still sitting in Glarry's warehouse. I asked Glarry to cancel my order and refund my money, but they refused. This is not good business practice and I won't be buying from them again. They don't take responsibility for their shipping problems and don't care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. I advise everyone to stay away from places like this. Be careful when you buy from Glarrymusic.com.

Glarry Music is a company that manufactures and distributes musical instruments from Asia. They offer low prices, which is a big draw for many customers. However, it's important to note that these lower prices do affect the overall quality of the instruments.

I gave Glarry a rating of 3 because I couldn't, in good conscience, rate it any higher. I'm not a jerk who would rate it a 2 or a 1 out of arrogant spite, but I also couldn't rate it anywhere close to a 4 or 5. It's solidly between 3 and 4.

Glarry's instruments range from $40 to $100 for beginner quality instruments, which is basically what they manufacture. However, the cost truly reflects the average quality of these instruments.

I had to use my luthier skills on EVERY SINGLE INSTRUMENT to adjust them to easy and tonal playability. While I was expecting some "fine tuning," I had to literally adjust the hardware on each instrument.

If you're looking for beginner instruments that are low cost, then Glarry might be a good option for you. However, if you're looking for good quality instruments, then you might want to look elsewhere. The playability of these instruments is also questionable, as they are basically "toys" with a "little bit of musical potential."

I was frustrated by this news and decided to write a review on Glarry Music's website to share my experience. However, my review did not show up on their site. Instead, I received an email from a manager at Glarry Music apologizing for the delay and asking me to contact him directly.

I replied to the manager's email, but did not receive a response for two days. I also tried calling Glarry Music, but it took a long time to get through to someone and when I did, I felt like I was getting the run around.

Feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do next, I contacted UPS to file a claim. However, I was told that Glarry Music had set it up so that I had to contact them directly to file a claim.

Overall, my experience with Glarry Music was not a positive one. I feel like they were not transparent about the status of my package and did not provide good customer service. I plan to contact my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau to report this as fraud. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

My instrument arrived earlier than expected, and the fretwork was excellent. The neck needed a tiny bit of fine sanding, but it was perfectly intonated. I had to raise the pick up significantly, but once it was properly set up, it was excellent.
