Ordered musik stuff from dem Woodwind & Brasswind site back in August, but had ta wait for months n months fer it ta ship out. Dey kept promisin me it would be comin soon, but den in December dey just straight up canceled my album order. Ain't that some bull? Waste of time and money. Would not recommend orderin from dem again.

I ordered some musical instruments from Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com), and my honest opinion is that you should stay away from them. Dealing with them was a huge hassle. It's just not worth the effort, especially if you have any problems with your order. I had some issues with my order, and the customer service was just terrible. It was a complete nightmare.

If you think that's bad, you should try getting off their email list. I swear, the more you ask to be removed, the more emails you get from them. It's like they just don't listen or don't care. It's really frustrating.

Overall, my experience with Woodwind & Brasswind was just bad all around. I would definitely not recommend shopping with them. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your musical instrument needs.

i ordered some stuff from wwbw.com but i never got it. i was really excited to get it too cuz i play in a band and needed some new reeds for my clarinet. i called their number like a buncha times but no one ever answered. it was sposed to come in like two weeks ago and i still havent gotten anything. im pretty sure its a scam and anyone who gives it five stars is a robot or something. i wouldnt trust this website at all. its like they just took my money and ran. i wish i could get my stuff or my money back but it doesnt look like thats gonna happen. im really disappointed and dont wanna do business with them ever again.

I recently made a purchase from Woodwind & Brasswind, known as wwbw.com, and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. After I submitted my payment, I did not receive a confirmation email or any other communication from the company. I attempted to reach out to them without success, and eventually had to contact PayPal to file a complaint.

It's disappointing to have to resort to such measures after attempting to communicate directly with the company without a response. I would caution anyone considering a purchase from wwbw.com to proceed with caution. While they may offer great products, their customer service and communication leave much to be desired.

But it's not just the financial troubles that make this company untrustworthy.
Their customer service is a joke.
When I called to complain about my broken pocket trumpet,
They basically told me tough luck.
I had to spend even more money to get it fixed elsewhere.
And that's not the only issue I've had with Woodwind & Brasswind.
Their shipping is slow and unreliable.
I've had items arrive weeks after they were supposed to.
And when I tried to return something, it took forever to get my money back.
It's a shame, really.
I love playing music and buying new instruments,
But I'll never do business with Woodwind & Brasswind again.
Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

So I was checking out this website called Woodwind & Brasswind, or wwbw.com, and I gotta say I ain't too impressed. First off, they make you create an account just to do anything on the site, which is kinda annoying. And then, if you wanna subscribe to their emails, it's a whole process of calling them up, which ain't too convenient if you ask me.

And don't even get me started on the spamming! Nowadays, it's supposed to be illegal to send people emails without give 'em a way to unsubscribe. But apparently nobody told Woodwind & Brasswind that, 'cause they keep showin' up in folks' inboxes even after they try to opt out.

Now, I know I ain't the only one with these kinda complaints. I've seen plenty of other people online sayin' that they've had bad experiences with this website too. And after seeing all that, I gotta say I ain't plannin' on buyin' anything from 'em.

All in all, Woodwind & Brasswind might have some good products, but their website and email practices just ain't up to par. If they wanna keep customers, they'll need to step up their game and start treatin' people with a little more respect.

Ordered from Woodwind & Brasswind on 11/28/2020 and was really excited to receive my order. Unfortunately, I kept receiving backorder notices and had to call customer service multiple times to find out what was going on. Each time I called, they told me that my order would be coming the next week, but that wasn't the case.

After waiting for so long, I received a notice of cancellation on Feb 13, 2021. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the process. It was such a hassle to keep waiting and then have my order cancelled.

Fortunately, I was able to reorder from a different company and I'm receiving my order in just 2 days. If I had to do it over again, I definitely would think twice before ordering from Woodwind & Brasswind.

In the end, the customer service experience was really poor and it definitely affected my opinion of the company. I urge everyone to be careful when ordering from them and I hope that they can improve their processes to provide better service to their customers.

When I got their email, it said that it may not arrive on Friday afternoon or Saturday. That was already a red flag. Plus, I received another email, notifying me it was shipped on Friday morning, which perplexed me even more.
