December 4th I was told by Ms Alexis from the; Los Altos branch; that she would look into the suspension that was placed on 12/4/2025. It was first put on hold and then it was put on a extra hold; and then a suspension. She stated that it would take approximately 24 to 48 hours to fix this mess. And I'm still waiting and its 12/11/25. I don't get an email or a call from Ms. Alexis. I believe there is fraud or incompetent people running the company. An investigation; that wasn't requested by me; shouldn't hold up a client's finances. I've been very patient with their incompetence. i want the suspension off so I can conduct my business. disgruntled customer.
