On 9.14.23 On Trac reported they delivered my package. When I checked the porch and found there was no package, I immediately attempted to contact On Trac. You cannot call or chat with anyone at On Trac; the only options are text and email. The standard response is "we are so sorry for the inconvenience and have opened an investigation. Someone will be in touch with you within two days".

Several days later I received a text stating my package was back on the truck and was "out for delivery Saturday 9.16.23". I responded to the text and asked if they delivered on Sundays.

I received a response asking to clarify my address and that's when I realized they had a completely different address for me. I gave them the correct address and told them I've never lived at the address they had for me and that it didn't come from the seller.

I Googled the address and discovered there is no house at that location - it's an empty lot. So, imagine my surprise when I get an email Monday telling me my package is not being delivered to me because it's already been delivered to the address on file.

I've been told two more times that the package is being "redelivered" only to be told it's already been delivered, and I need to contact the seller to have them replace the items.

It is still listed as "Out for Delivery" on their website.

This is not the seller's issue. There is no way the driver delivered the package to the address on file, because the address does not exist. This is fraud and theft by control, and I am going to raise all kinds of trouble for these people until they make that driver, or his supervisor bring me my package.

Based on the other complaints on all these websites, this is typical behavior and I'm not going to expect my seller to spend more money because this delivery company is sketchy. Not going to happen.

Desired outcome: I want my package.I want to speak with an actual person that can give me a name and have a conversation with me.
