Allen and Brian were fabulous! They were on time, professional, prompt, and clear communicators. I arranged a move from FL to VT for a friend with dementia. They took the stress and guess work out of it. They wrapped, packed, delivered and unpacked her belongings to her ALF with great care. I whole-heartedly recommend them for local and long-distance moving.

This was the worst in over 8 moves I ever experienced. I hired On Time movers to pack my cherished belongings and moved from Ft Lauderdale to Tacoma Wa. When my boxes arrived they were crushed mangled and as a result every box had broken items. An antique chair had its leg snapped off like a toothpick If you want your things treated with care and respect DONT HIRE THESE GUYS !

We have used On Time Moving twice and both times have had great service. Our first move was from Maine to Florida and everything got here in one piece and was delivered when they told us it would be. They kept in contact with us. I liked that the most because I didn't have to keep calling them. Our local move was fantastic. Again everything got moved and nothing was broken. When we thought we had some things missing Leda went above and beyond to help find it even though we ended up finding it in our garage. I would recommend them to anyone. And they were priced well within our moving budget. Thanks On time moving!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This company had two guys, who were nice enough guys but they destroyed nearly every single thing they moved for my parents. When I say destroyed, I don't mean one it two things dinged up, I'm talking big and fully packed boxes with priceless items, heirlooms, things of that nature completely destroyed. My mother was told to file a pointless claim and nothing more. She has been unable to continue to unpack because of the level of damage caused, things are in pieces. This company has made no attempt to make this right, none. I never write reviews like this, but what I've seen happen to my mother needs to be shared so people avoid this company at all costs. Terrible.

I was Super impressed with On Time Moving And Storage. I have moved probably 20 times in the last 30 years and this was hands down the easiest move I have ever had. This most recent move was from FL to NH so they had to contend with downpours on one end and snow storms on the other. They scheduled all of this out perfectly and communicated with me the entire time so for once I did not need to stress out or wonder what the heck was happening to my stuff. The staff on pick up and delivery were friendly, efficient, and professional, and packed the items I requested expertly. They were also one of cheaper quotes I received and provided more insurance than the average company. I have been through every type of moving experience you could imagine and I never thought I would be leaving a positive review for a moving company in my life. Now that I found them I will never use anyone ever again.

Worst moving company ever. Called for estimate and requested someone walk the retail store (small mom and pop pet store) prior to quote. Estimator walked store and confirmed they could move the retail aquariums and insured us that if there was any issue they were fully insured. Read us a quote and left, about 15 minutes later he called to apologized for not leaving the quote and promised to email it to us with a witness there. A week later my wife called the office asking for the quote, after 3 calls the office said storms were messing up their email but gave her a verbal quote. We went ahead and scheduled. 2/3 rds the way thru loading we were informed they were going to run out of room and would need to add another day or go get a 2nd truck which raised the quote even though there was room in the truck if packed right. But in wanting to finish we okayed. They crew unloaded and while unloading the last retail aquarium dropped it inside their truck and shatter the acrylic. They apologized and admitted they had it tilted on the dollies but that it was insured. They again left us no paperwork. We called the next day and were emailed a form showing the insurance is by weight not value so they offered us $700.00 to replace a $8,950.00 retail aquarium system. Even after we sent them the pics, forms and paperwork from the manufacturer. Example, they drop your $2,000 80" TV that weighs 100 lbs you will get a check for $120.00. If you value your belongs please use someone else as we learned the hard way. We even offered to split the cost of the replacement tank with them as it was 5 years old and were told all they will give us is $700.00. Then Friday they have the nerve to email us wanting to offer us less by removing the weight of the base and stump that were attached to the tank and just pay us for the weight of the shattered piece so they can offer us less money. Didn't even have the decency to refund us the cost of the botched move. Worst professional movers in the south, walk away and call someone else or prepare to replace your valuables yourself.
