I booked my holiday to gran canaria for december 2026…. Outbound flight ryanair & inbound is easyjet….. Today I get an email from ryanair saying they have cancelled my flight “due to commercial reasons” whatever that means! I reserved seat on their app same with easyjet….. So I tried contacting otb via phone and live chat and got nowhere…. Just bloody bots…I want to talk to actual person…. I want full refund on everything I paid out including hotel, flights, transfers, insurance & seat reservations and I clicked on cancel holiday and otb want to take over half my money for something that isn’t my fault….

Recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend OTB

Did you get assisted concerning your claim?
