Fly Vagary I bought a flight from Fly Vagary and got trip protection too

I bought a flight from Fly Vagary and got trip protection too. But when something unexpected happened and I had to change my flight, I was in trouble. The airline said I couldn't get a refund and couldn't change my ticket. They also said they didn't know anything about the trip protection company. I lost almost $1100 on a flight I couldn't take. Fly Vagary messed up my trip that I had been planning for months. They sold me a ticket and knew their trip protection wasn't real.
