Our move from AZ to CO was done perfectly by Olympian Worldwide Moving & Storage. They were super careful and professional.

I did my research and contacted 5 companies for quotes. Olympian wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive. They were reasonable, responsive, and easy to work with. Their estimator was fair. Their moving coordinator was awesome: available, knowledgeable, and talked me out of my tree. The movers(shout out to Cody/Richard) were amazing on both ends of the move: thorough, kind, professional. My move from AZ to TX was about as seamless as I could imagine. If I have to move again, I'm calling these guys. Well done!

I hired Olympian (Allied Van Lines) to move me from one place to another in November . The move was supposed to happen on Wednesday, 11/4, with delivery on Friday, 11/6. But then they asked me to extend the move date to Monday, 11/9, because the driver's mother passed away. I agreed, and they put my household in their storage facility. But then the driver didn't show up on Monday, and for the next two weeks, they kept telling me they were looking for a driver. Meanwhile, they charged my credit card for the move, even though they hadn't delivered my stuff yet. I canceled the charge and got a call saying they would deliver my furniture on 11/21, but I had to pay with a cashier's check. When they finally showed up, the driver told me to relax and let them do the work. But when I unpacked, I found broken items and missing boxes. I filed a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com, but neither company would take responsibility. It's frustrating that they don't care about their customers, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I used Olympian Worldwide Moving & Storage for my move on 6/22/22. The movers arrived at my new address on 9/1/22, but they didn't bring my 24 ft ext aluminum ladder even though it was listed on the manifest log. They keep saying it's not there, but I have the list in front of me and it is. Now they want me to take .60 per pound and pro rate, but this is their fault, not mine. I just want $*** to replace my ladder. Can someone please advise me on what to do? Thanks, 9/12/22.

Olympian Worldwide Moving & Storage moved my stuff from one place to another. They said I had a lot of stuff and charged me a lot of money for it. They said if I had less stuff, I would get some money back. They also said my stuff would be safe and not touched until it got to the new place. But it turns out I didn't have as much stuff as they thought. Another company said I had less stuff to move. They sent me a bill for it. Olympian won't talk to me or give me my money back. They owe me a lot of money and I'm an old lady who feels like they took advantage of me.

Olympian moved our stuff to Phoenix and messed up my door frame. I told them about it but they said it wasn't their problem. They took forever to answer my emails and only did after I called them a bunch of times. The movers were unprofessional and broke my stuff. They were in a hurry to leave and made me sign papers before I could check everything. I reported the damage a few days later but they still didn't do anything about it. They said they couldn't do anything without manager approval but I never talked to a manager and they didn't offer to fix my door.
