Old Navy review: The staff

Let me start off by saying this, I went to oldnavy.com Today April 19, 2021, and ordered an earth day tee shirt and was sent an email hours later that the shirt was not available at the store of my choice which is the Old Navy in the Danbury Mall in Danbury CT, 06810. SO I went to the store.
I have 3 issues
1. The earth day tee that said was not available at the Danbury location was not available for store pickup was in fact sitting in the store.

2. that same tee shirt was in the same area where I found another tee shirt I wanted to purchase. In the men section, there was a large sign that said buy 1, get 1 50 % off. I took my 2 shirts to pay for at the register where I waited to pay b/c 3 cashiers were standing and talking to each other. finally after 5 minutes I told the cashier that the shirts were buy 1, get 1 50 % off and she said ok. I paid for my shirts and looked at my receipt b4 I left and asked why the 50 % didn't come off. The cashier then looked at another cashier and this cashier came over to me and said that the shirt is not the same price. I replied ok, but the sign says buy 1, get 1 50% off. I then asked why that sign was there in the first place if they are not going to honor what it says. The second cashier who was very rude replied I don't know and walked away from me.

3. I don't appreciate the unprofessionalism of the employees at this store. Never have I ever had to deal with such rudeness and an Old Navy establishment. This particular employee was not helpful and didn't even look at the sign that was clearly up in the store. My issue was not resolved, and she walked away from me! The cashier that cashed me out was just standing there not saying anything at all just looking at me.
