I have been trying to sort a matter since may of this year and to be told today the policy has laps over 9 years and even though i had the funds they will not be opening my policy again. I am so disspapointed i will be placing a message about old mutual over every plat form there is. after three month, many calls and this is the service they provide. the consultants makes changes and it on call recording and nothing gets done.

Claimed loss: life policy is no lost after nine years

Desired outcome: no income just upset of this poor service
