Olay review: Return

I purchased an Olay item on their website. Customer service refused to allow me to cancel the order, but told me they would provide a free return label. I attempted to cancel the order almost immediately, as my dermatologist told me I should not use Retinol. This was in November. I have contacted P&G several times and keep getting the runaround from agent Jonathon, first emailing me to ask me for my email address? Then telling me he had submitted the label twice. I have not received a label, his last comment was that I will have to ship it back at my expense and he would refund the postage. I do not believe it.
I will NEVER buy another Olay product as long as I live.
