Made a payment through PayPal to their company. Waited for a delivery that never came. Submitted a request for a refund and they refused. Had to open a case through PayPal for a refund. This company is obviously a fraudulent merchant and a scammer company.

I bought an account from this website www.okaygoods.com but it was absolutely nothing as it was described, so I contacted OkayGoods customer care service and asked for a refund. They said they were not able to refund my money, and claimed there was nothing wrong with the account. I called like every day and spammed their mail with messages and only then they finally agreed to refund my money. I wasted a lot of time on that.
So my advice is that if you need a refund just don't give up. At the beginning they will say they don't do refunds, but that is not true. If you have never dealt with OkayGoods, then better stay away from them. This company is not to be trusted!

I have purchased some Neverwinter gold and was supposed to get in 30 minutes. I contacted customer service and asked about my purchase and why was it taking so long. They assured me that everything was fine and that I will get my gold soon. That did not happen.
Gold was never received and I literally lost my money. And one day they just stopped answering.

Scam! They never delivered the items purchased!

Only spent a few bucks on them, however it is still worth notifying others that this is not a reliable or honest site.

After paying for my item, they emailed me saying they tried to call me on my cell phone but failed to reach me. They asked me to call them (to make an overseas call to China). When I stated I cannot do that, they said they must speak to me or I'll not get my order.

When I asked them to cancel my order instead, they stopped ALL communication and ignored my emails.

It simply doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

OkayGoods is a bunch of scammers. Stay away at all costs! I ordered from them and never heard anything from them anymore. It is incredible! I called them many times to ask for a refund but got only excuses and nothing more. I contacted PayPal but they told that now they can’t help me.

I bought gold from them, was told they're not in stock after paying. Waited, and was told later they'll email when they're in stock.. Haven't heard from them since. Talked to online support about a refund, have been ignored multiple times. Horrible company, will not do business with them again. I warn others to not do business either.

Totally scammers. spent 16 dollars. they sent me email asking for my phone number. then sent email asking if i new who this email was and asked if i new a min. i opened a dispute with paypal.then i was told they are out of gold. 4 days i dealt with these ###, they sent an email asking for my drivers license information. of of course i refused.

A complete scam! Only spend a couple of quid, but I still fell obliged to complain. I first gave them my phone number and other details. Then I received an e-mail that confirmed my purchase... I haven't received any other word from them since. I'm totally surprised that Paypal lets this website continue to scam people. Luckily I only lost a few pounds, but people could lose hundreds... AVOID!
