I just tried to inform the 'better business bureau' about how office max depot in spring valley on two notch road in columbia, sc had this black female cashier that entered my email wrong...'naleero1@yahoo.com'... When my email is baleero1@yahoo.com: and, when I found out the discrepancy; there was a black male cashier on site at the time who said "we don't handle that here, go online". I went online but got nowhere, just the run - around. Then I tried to report this to the better business bureau, but got bumped out of the system. The system should be set up where you can return to your complaint and finish it. Beverly ann lee-robertson.
