Opened an online account today. Placed items in my cart. Went to the secure checkout and could not see where the order would be delivered. So I called. I was told I had to complete the order before I could see the delivery address. Which, by the way, included paying first. I told the young lady I am not going to pay for something in order to see the delivery address. She looked my account up and told me the items I wanted were “out of stock” at the local stores. I told her I knew the stores were out of stock which is why I was ordering on-line where it was indicated there were 47 items available. She did not seem to understand. I told her to never mind and that I would go elsewhere for my items. It should not be that difficult to complete an online order. I will be closing my account completely as I believe the experience gave me insight as to the company’s management.
Recommendation: Go to Walmart
