Office Depot review: Color Copies - Horrible store manager

Please know that the manager at your store located at 1812 Sam Rittenberg Blvd, Charleston, SC 29407 is an absolute jerk! I tried calling customer service twice to complain and have been disconnected twice.

I walked in at 5:30pm which is 30 minutes prior to closing time and the store manager behind the copy counter said the copy shop was closed. I told him I just wanted to drop off a file so they could print 1,000 color copies when they had the time. He had an attitude and said they were closed and I'd have to do it all online! I had stopped in the day prior to get pricing and those employees told me it wouldn't be a problem to drop off the file and it wouldn't take too, too long.

The manager and I got into a shouting match. This guy should not be in a managerial position. I went to Staples and printed my $500 order.
