Office Depot customer service in printing area

I've been using office max in boca raton (officemax boca raton, fl store #6133. office max #6133. 20455 state road 7, mission bay plaza. boca raton, fl 33498.) for more than two years and absolutely horrified with the services in the printing area - incompetent, lousy, unqualified to work in this area. thru these years it's been numerous times when employees would forget to return me my flash drive with important documents that would make me do the second trip to the store in a panic to get it back. moreover, the last flash drive was discarded completely.
Today I inquired to print my job — of about 980 pages and requested to staple copies (that he had to do manually!). on the second copy the printer stopped working, then his computer has frozen... I asked the employee how long would it take to wait. he answered: "I don't' know'. I asked him if he had a technician to invite as I didn't have time to wait and needed to know how long it would take. I told him that I didn't plan to spend so much time and consider that it's his working place and one supposed to know what is going on and try to fix it. his answer was a silence. however, his supervisor stepped in and instead of trying to fix the problem accused me of intimidating of the employee who answered me that he didn't know how long it would take to wait for the computer to unfreeze and he didn't feel that it was his responsibility to do something about that.in conclusion, the supervisor insulted me with a warning that I could be asked not to come to this store if I am not satisfied with his employee's work and dare to express it. that's a criminal case towards the client. I was shocked and my answer was that I would be happy not to come to the environment where supervisor accuses a client in the criticism that does take the place to be and wouldn't exist if his office would work properly.
I consider that the main problem is the management at this office, as the previous supervisor would always consider that the customer is wrong and the new current supervisor (michael vee) doesn't want to take responsibility for the ignoring clients time defending his employee responce. I consider it unacceptable. besides, the very low quality service of the employees in this area is the result of a supervisor who supposed to hire qualified people and who supposed to provide some training of his employees to be ready to work with the customers to their satisfaction.in these more than two years I have encountered numerous times when employees would provide me either with wrong information (e. g., the cost 11x17 as 45c per page) and were not able to make a good contrast copy based on the complete ignorance that made me to pay twice to repeat the same copy with improved quality with the supervisor himself.
I require to process my complaint and I will be waiting for your response on this issue asap.

The last complaint: the new model is very limited in options augment-diminish papers.

Office Depot terrible customer service

Today, August 2, 2017, I was ignored by all staff at the check out. All employees at the Page Field Commons Shopping Center waited on everyone but me. I left feeling highly annoyed. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I hesitated upon entering the store because of my last experience. but I decided to go in anyway. It felt like a secret society of KKK members in the store. I refuse to patronage a company that allows their employees to discriminate against customers.
Your attention in this matter is greatly warranted.

I went to the Office Max in Lake City FL yesterday and had a very unbelievable experience. While most employees walking around are very nice and helpful, but this issue had to do with the floor manager Kaye Dourson. She was very inconsiderate to the associate (Richard) who was the only employee working check out. There were a steady stream of customers & while I was in line the phone was steady ringing and Richard was the only one answering. When he was waiting on me, he had a phone call & with someone with a problem and he tried to get the manager to take the call. She made a remark to him & he went back to the phone & took care of that. I said, "I can't believe she is not taking that call. She is over behind the customer service desk not answering phones, just looks like she was reading something. She can see you have a line of customers and you're the only one working check out." The lady behind me started commenting about the same thing, but she was loud. Richard was very polite, calm and professional not making any comment on what we were saying. She was not friendly to customers she talked to, never smiled. Maybe she needs to work in the back.

Office Depot delivery service

Today, June 29, 2017 I placed order 1Z1836920133220884 for 2 headsets, mine broke while I was working this morning. After searching different companies ordered from Office Depot because they had next business day delivery which I paid for. It was very disappointing that a company like this would deceive it's clients. The first email I received gave the next day delivery, I was ecstatic, was only going to miss one day of work. The second gave a delivery date of 3-5 business days. What a disappointment. I could have ordered from Walmart and got it for the same date and free delivery in the store. The first customer service agent basically was ok if I cancelled, didn't other for any other option. With the second agent, I did get refunded the next day delivery but that doesn't begin to cover the days that I will miss from work because I can't cancel my order. It will take the same amount of time for Home Depot to refund my card. I'm a customer service agent and this is unacceptable, I can loose my contract because of this. I would have paid double to get the earpiece tomorrow. Now I loose 7 working days. Not right. What bothers me the most is that I asked for a supervisor and was ignored. The supervisor should have contacted the client they are selling the product from and had the delivery next day as Home Depot promised, if not don't sell from that client. That is the worst customer service I've had. Agent was very polite but didn't bother to go further. Instead of complaining now I would have been complementing the company. Little customers like me are better off buying from the local Walmart, price is right, delivery to store is free and at least you know where you stand. Expected much more from Office Depot.

Office Depot canon scanner - return

Hello-
My complaint is service related. Since I am a business owner - I am keen to service issues. I wanted to share with you my experience - I feel office depot has falled short.
I have a dental practice. I purchase all my office supplies through my local office depot on forest lane in dallas, texas. An office depot employee advised me to purchase a canon scanner to scan in my radiographs - it is a daunting project.
It took us several months to get the project started. Once we had the scanner installed - it did not work as we were advised - the radiographs could not be read. We trouble-shooted with canon but it simply is not the right scanner.in fact, the hp printer/scanner/copier that I purchased from you - works better.
So we had to have the canon scanner removed - placed back in box where it sat for several months.
Finally - I realized I should take it back. It had been almost a year.
To my surprise really - I was told that since it has been more than 30 days - there is nothing office depot will do. And I was turned away.
So I gave 1 800 go depot a call and explained my situation to dana.
She too would not help me out stating that these are the policies and there is nothing she would do for me.
This is utterly disappointing. The scanner is new in the box exactly how I purchased it.
Considering the value of the scanner - it is not a huge ask. I purchased it for $200. I am just very disappointed that office depot won't help me out with a product that they recommended I purchase.
I was not made aware that there was a time frame involved.
I assumed office depot has better policies.
I assumed that after hearing my particular situation - someone could help me out. I am a professional. I am not trying to take advantage.
I just wanted some courtesy.
Unfortunately - I will be purchasing my office supplies elsewhere from now on.
As a business owner - thought you might want to know my experience.

Office Depot lenovo flex 3

(1st problem)
I have had nothing but problems with this computer since I bought it. I have been to Office Depot several times about this computer. I went to the Office Depot in Laurel tod ayand was talking to the Technical Specialist about some of the problems I was experiencing. The screen goes black at various unexpected times and I lose what I have added to a document. Would you not say this is acceptable? I would not. I do not like to lose material on the documents I create. There are some other similiar issues as well.

(2nd problem)
I also realized the computer would not accept a DVD so I was advised of something else to buy so I did. My DVD attachment worked for a while but now it does not work. The Office Depot tech people have tried to correct it but they never seem to be successful. The DVD I brought with me works on other computers.

The manager told the tech work that they do not have time to deal with me and that if I want their assistance I will have to pay by the hour. Is this how Office Depot treats its customers? I did not appreciate this and would very much like to resolve my problems with my computer and the DVD attachment.

Office Depot chair delivery

I will not come back and will never order anything from Office Depot again! Two months already passed and I'm still waiting for my office chair and I can't reach anyone with a common sense!
I called their toll-free number and spoke with someone who was not able to help me with my issue. Moreover, their rep had very poor English skills and because of his terrible accent I couldn't understand a thing. I just want to know where my chair is and when will it arrive. If no one will help me I'll cancel my order! Office Depot contact me as soon as possible, I can't wait any longer!

Office Depot replacement of broken ativa 08cc03 cross-cut shredder

I originally purchased shredder in Dec. 2015. It broke and I sent it back. I had to pay for shipping. It was replaced. Now the replacement model has stopped working. They are informing me that the machine is no longer under warranty.in the warranty information they state that the cutter blades are covered for 3 years. How can they tell what is wrong with machine if they have not looked at it? They will not issue a Return Authorization Number which I need to return the unit. Office Depot hp notebook 14-as151nr

I purchased the product and it worked for about 2 months before the programs started crashing. When I bought the product I was told with the protection plan I purchased with it if anything happen to it that I would be able to exchange or receive a refund towards a new one. When I returned it I was told otherwise. I just want either a new computer or a refund.

Office Depot rebate

I went in to Office depot in northport, al they had a rebate on paper so I bought and was walked through how to get my rebate back through the mail. I sent my receipts in two different envelopes. I received in the mail to day on both of them a response say can't pay you because these receipts were un read able. These receipts were sent out the day I brought the product. The receipts were not messed up and so I thought I would look around to see if others were having reimbursement problems and looks like there is many. I wonder if its time to see a atty on this to verfy if they are doing this to many people.

Office Depot max assurance

I purchased an HP OfficePro 8610 printer which did not even last 6 months. I went through Max Assurance where I purchased the protection and they sent me a "gift card" which is their name for it. I next went online to purchase the same printer which has been reduced to 99.99 from 199.99. I went through the process of purchasing it and came to the payment section. I entered in the "gift card" and it would not let me complete the purchase because it wanted a credit card. Apparently this printer is on "backorder" and I was told that you cannot use the "gift card" on any item that it backordered.

Translation is they want you to buy a replacement product at their full price so you use up the entire "gift card". This is bait and switch. I told them I will let people know about this fraudulent procedure online and also with the State of Illinois.

THIS IS A SCAM. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MAX ASSURANCE AND TELL ANYONE YOU KNOW WHO PURCHASES FROM OFFICE MAX OR DEPOT NOT TO PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. The only way to deal with this is to put them out of business.

Office Depot can't access my account!

Recently I decided to order something from OfficeDepot. When I wanted to access my account I could not do that. I contacted customer support and asked what was wrong with their website. Their rep said that there was nothing wrong, maybe some bugs and suggested ordering by phone. That's bad enough. Anyways, I made an order by phone and their rep repeated back all the item numbers I had ordered. I received a confirmation email only after my items were shipped and till then I had no idea they forgot to order half my items! But the worst part was that they split my order! I received only one package, and the other was missing. I still have no idea where it is. So unprofessional! I'll never deal with these guys ever again!

Office Depot reward program

This reward program is a joke.. they delete any points under 1000 at end of each quarter.. they credit recycled ink cartridges at end of following month.. so example if you have 600 qualified points in December and recycle ink cartridges in December to get to a reward.. you do not get credit for you cartridges till end of JANUARY so by the time you get credit for recycle you have lost your points from dec and you still do NOT GET a reward. thank goodness for more honest dealers like staples and Wal-Mart

Office Depot worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever. That was my first experience with this company, but I'll never order something again. I ordered a chair and it arrived shipped in two boxes. One box was damaged and they noticed that. So, they decided to send me one more box. And it was empty. Yes, I received just an empty box. I don't know why and what for, but okay. At the begging there was only one box. I received one part of my chair on Monday. So I called them to ask about the other part. They said they had some problems wit that, but they will deliver it in a week. Two weeks passed and there was still no delivery. I called them again and they said the same thing. And every time I called they said that my item is almost ready for shipping. One month later I finally got the second part of my new chair. And yes, I got that empty box too. Well, they have real problems with shipping and service, but I can't say anything bad about the furniture. The chair is very comfortable and cosy. I'm satisfied with it, but that waiting ruined everything. If you are impatient like I am, then don't waste your time with this company.

Office Depot restroom

In the heart of Boca Raton, FL I have been left stunned that your company would allow a public restroom put to shame any gas station restrooms that I have seen in my lifetime. No soap. Roaches on floor. Nasty stuff on walls... mold everywhere. I will attach pictures. 441 and Glades is the location.

I did not notice that I was charged twice for a service on the purchase of my computer and warranty until I went to pay my credit card where I noticed 'something' was wrong because it was way over the cost of one computer and one warranty charge. I brought the receipt which clearly shows the overcharge entered twice on the receipt - but Office Depot refused to credit me my over charge.

Office Depot 4 drawer file cabinet

I used Office Max Online for the first time last Friday. Ordered a $600 4 drawer file cabinet. Supposed to get delivery last Monday. Waited for delivery, never came, then called. They had never processed my credit card so we started all over again. Promised delivery for Tuesday, had to be in office between 8:30-5:00. We waited all day, no show. EVery customer service rep had another story, no one said same thing. Also warehouse called that day to tell us it was on truck for deliver (Tuesday) Was so fed up that I cancelled my order. Fortunately, had no problem crediting my credit card. Now, today, Thursday, after I cancelled, the delivery came (we had no idea why) and the gentleman could not carry the file cabinet up to our office so in the end, it could never be delivered. You can't make this stuff up. I will never use them again.

Office Depot rewards program

From Hawaii... Because of all the problems I've had with them, I've scaled back my shopping at Office Depot/Office Max (they merged in 2014). I only go there when I cannot find a product elsewhere. I live in a relatively small town in Hawai'i. When I complain that I have not received points for the ink cartridges I've recycled, I've gotten the 5 - 7 days line from Office Depot, but when I go back to check whether points for recycled ink cartridges have been posted to my account, nothing has happened. They don't deliver on their promises! This morning I followed up with Office Depot and got the line that awards are not given until I received the correct # of points. I responded that they're still evading the problem. No points are even posted to my account. Without my spending too much time, I threatened them with a letter to be written to the Attorney General's office & Better Business. The chat room person said they're going to award a $ 10 rewards certificated to me. Somehow, I feel this won't be honored. I plan to do what I can to spread the word to friends and tell them to STOP SHOPPING @ Office Depot.

Office Depot delivery of ordered office supplies

Placed order on Wednesday, September 9, 2015. Order was to arrive on Thursday, September 10, 2015 between the hours of 9am and 3pm. No delivery! Have placed several calls tracking order and each time agent stated order was in process and would be delivered Friday, September 11, 2015. No delivery! Called and talked with another agent, agent said order should be delivered Monday, September 14, 2014. No delivery! This time one of our staff stayed late to see if they would come — No! Today, Tuesday, September 15, 2015, no delivery! Called in again to Office Depot, agent replied that order was still in WAREHOUSE and would be delivered Wednesday, September 16, 2015 between the hours of 8:30 and 5:30pm. Don't know who delivers for Office Depot now, but they are not conducting good business on your behalf by not delivering your products to your customers in a timely manner as was done in the past. I would simply like to cancel this order and pick up at local store.

Office Depot hp printter inks

Office Max in-store advertising by their product does not indicate that a special card is needed to get the discount. An offer is made at check-out to obtain the card, but no mention is made of the savings. I rechecked the ad by the printer cartridges and nowhere did it say one had to have a card to get the discount, which amounts to $10. I accused the clerk of deceptive advertising and he did not think this was... one had to have the card, though to get the discount.
