First time ever using a home inspector. Odds On Home Inspection Service was referred by our realtor. They did an excellent job, very detailed and thorough. It was a very quick possession so they had to have our report done that day, which was no problem. The pictures and details of the issues, small or large, were clear and concise. We would highly recommend Odds On Home Inspection Service to anyone who asked.

Being able to get the inspection done quickly helped with clearing conditions in our offer. The inspection did reveal a few items we hadn't noticed ourselves.

He even gave resource material for deficiencies and how they should be updated or repaired. This helped set us up for success with selling our home! Highly recommend!

Odds On Home Inspection Service did a very thorough job of inspecting my future home. The inspector was most willing to answer questions while inspecting. More importantly, he wrote up a very precise report on his findings. I appreciated the pictures included in the report. What was also important was his willingness to go over my concerns and questions regarding his findings. The inspector was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of this home. At no time during this entire process did I feel rushed. The inspector did an excellent job of making this inspection a positive experience. I highly recommend this company and their services.
