I have been involved in several hundred real estate transactions during the past 55 years, both personally and on behalf of clients, and have never had a better experience than the recent sale of our home to AZ Home Buyer. We decided to sell our home of more than 30 years on very short notice to help facilitate another transaction we wanted to enter into, and Landon was not only extraordinarily professional, but he did his homework very quickly and made a fair offer. He was even flexible enough to allow us to close and continue to rent the home back for a short period, to make our transition smoother. Landon did everything he said he would do; did it on time with absolutely no hassle; was a complete pleasure to work with; and provided a 3 page contract in simple English, rather than the usual 15 pages of technical real estate and legal jargon. I have already recommended Landon to several friends, and will continue to do so.

In 2020 I became the Personal Representative of two estates due to the loss of two sisters. I sold the first home to a group that was good, but now wish that I had waited for an offer from AZ Home Buyer. I am extremely pleased with AZ Home Buyer's purchase of the second home. The offer amount, the earnest money amount, the easy transaction process were all excellent. When I advised other buyers of the purchase amount several expressed disbelief. AZ Home Buyer was always agreeable to my needs. Even after the purchase agreement was signed and I requested an earlier closing date, it was done without hesitation. Ask for Landon, he is easy to talk with and you will enjoy the conversation so much you will just want to chat.
