The company has subsequently explained thoroughly why they are asking for salary information and that this is actually a standard industry practice. I understand they are working for the best interest of their clients and candidates. Natalie came across as friendly, professional and reasonable, thus the previous "foul play" complaint written about her does not seem to be true/valid.
