Unifour Financial services has and is doing nothing to help me out in the situation that ive been dealing with. Especially after explaining my situat Now because of the new Covid-19 epidemic, I decided to take a personal leave from work which started March 30th. I took a personal leave because my grandmother lives with me and she has underlining health issues. I was also laid off work which took affect April 8th and I am unable to make any payments at this time due to the situation. I even sent them a letter from my employer stating I was put on a temporary furlough yet they are still telling me I need to make the payments if I wanted the vehicle. Both *** and Unifour Financial have done nothing to help me out and in my opinion they are preying and taking advantage of people who don't have a good situation just to get their money. I've heard nothing but bad products and bad customer service come from both of these places. I feel highly taken advantage of due to my situation, and I politely ask for your help in these tough times. The last thing I'd like to worry about is my car getting repossessed over something I can't control. Thank you. -
