I needed a declaration of insurance from the dealership because my premium was 578.82. The declaration was needed to lower that and tried contacting them over three weeks and no one has gotten back to me. On sat 25th i called and told them that im tired of waiting and no one contacting. *** from the front desk has informed me that communication was an ongoing issue and she would handle it herself, which she did and was able to. She also stated that finance would cut me a check because of the lack of communication which costed me my increased premium. She was able to fax it but my insurance told me it might have been too late. I was told to call on monday and get in touch with *** superior. Upon talking to him i informed him of the situation and he told me it was my fault and would not give me his bosses name. Generally just being very rude.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
