maintenance plan was included in my car purchase & it needs to be cancelled & refunded &per the contract it can be cancelled anytime. When I made my car purchase of a 2013 Ford Fusion. I also included a maintenance plan w/ AA of Atlanta that per contract was $3,000 on 08/09. the car has since been totaled out when I was involved in an accident. I have been contacting this company for the past couple weeks to speak directly to Donna Paige in finance & there has been no response from her or anyone else at the company in the last couple weeks regarding the cancellation & refund of the maintenance plan. Per the contract I'm too contact Nissan directly where I purchased the vehicle regarding the maintenance plan. I have left several voicemails and still no response. I made a down payment via credit card of $2,400. D.J. Llanelli was the salesperson. I have a gap claim pending still b/c according to them(Gap Insurance) they need to know if the maintenance plan has been cancelled b/c the car was totaled out Aug 20, 2020 and a refund is due. This gap claim has been going on some last year and here it is a new year 2021 & Nissan isn't responding regarding the cancellation of the maintenance plan which power the contact can be cancelled anytime & definitely should be cancelled since the car has been totaled out. I contacted American Credit Acceptance, the finance company I'd the vehicle to see if they've received any funds from Nissan from the maintenance plan and they haven't.
