Oak Creek Homes review: Utilities promised ( 2 comments)

Purchased a home in may and had the mobile home taken to our land. Sales man promised that we will have the utilities installed by the end of july (septic, electricity and water well) its about to be october and nothing has been connected. The contract says that I am not responsible to make any payments for these services since the costs are already added to the purchase of the mobile home, yet I had to pay an extra amount of money out of my pocket to meet the standard cost for the water well. Not something I had agreed to in the contract but I needed them to hurry on installing all these utilities. Now they are asking for me to pay more money to have the electricity and septic scheduled to be installed when again, my contract says they will take care of everything and I had nothing to pay for. Its about to be 5 months and I have not lived in my mobile home not. Once since its been purchased and installed in the land. Ive already made payments to 21st century for the home but its bull that I have not even lived in there at all.

I’m in the same spot with the plumbing. The plumber keeps claiming that he can’t get in touch with the guy that does all of his digging for him. He the. Finally calls me back on Friday states that they will be out to install the plumbing on Monday, still haven’t heard from him so I guess we will see. Pretty tired of dealing with this guy and oak creek doesn’t act like they care at all.
