If you read reviews before purchasing. Believe every single negative thing written about this company and dealer in OKC ! I didn't and now I'm having to suffer. Jordan was our salesman and Matt was the manager.
I purchased our home in Jan 2026. We went over several times on paint and different details about the home like where we want the outlets. We even went over several times on who I wanted to the foundation cause i was getting a deal to get other dirt work done and added sidewalk around the home. I also wanted to finance the electric install cause the new home was good distance from the old home and I knew it would be more I could spend out of pocket.
I signed the contract. It started off all wrong. They didn't use the concrete company I was wanting to use that was giving me the deal, so I didn't get my sidewalk which is now going to cost me a lot more to get done. The house gets delivered FEB 20th. The outside colors are wrong! The trim on the inside is wrong. The accent walls in the bathrooms are wrong. The outlets I had wanted to put in specials areas are wrong. There was insulation that was soaking wet under the home. There isn't a square window or doorway in the whole house. It's like they never used or couldn't read a tape measure. Well, that's just the beginning. The house sets for a month nothing being done to it. March 20th get a call septic and electric are going to be installed. They guys doing to the install get there and ask where my electric pole and meter is. I showed them. It's too far away for them to hook up the electric. I've got to get another pole. I call the dealer. Matt the crooked manager said that's on me I've got to pay for that. Well, we went over this several times while buying the home and put it in the contract the dealer was taking care of the electric. They didn't. I had to have electric company come out and do it for 8k... Well house has been there over a month. nothing has been done still needs to be trimmed out on the inside and the accent walls need to be changed, and the outlets need to be fixed. I call the factory instead of the dealer because they won't do anything. Finally, some action they come in and trim it out fix the accent walls. They leave a massive mess though in the process. Glue, paint, dirt and trash all over everything. Didn't trim the outside or fix the outside paint either. the out let's just made worse. All they did was remove one. Other was still in wrong area. Well April 20th electric finally gets hooked up. Ac gets installed. We are still not in the house at that time. I'm having to pay rent and mortgage for two months. The outside trim is finally put up after 2 months of rain and snow seeping into the house not to mention the bird nest that was trimmed up inside the home with live baby birds in it. Had to listen to them chirp for help till they died. I already had water damage from leaks that the factory will not fix, they also will not fix the cracks in the dry wall from the transport. The bathrooms are also missing a light above the guest showers also they will not fix. They have refused to do a walk thru to see everything that is wrong with the home. I really don't know what to do to get anything fixed now. I feel like they breached the contract many times and nothing can be done. Oh yeah, they forgot to include the oven racks. asked to get those I was told that's the oven vendors fault I need to contact LG. these guys are a complete joke of a company. There is absolutely no communication. the dealer blames the factory, the factory blames the dealer, and, in the end, I'm just stuck with a new house I was supposed to be excited about being instead a nightmare.
Recommendation: DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER OR FACTORY TO BUILD YOUR HOME!!!!!!!!

We purchased an Oak Creek home in 2024. For 2 years are lights always flicker off and on. We have changed light bulbs so many times. Hope this isn't something with the electrical. Does anyone else have this issue?
We purchased ours in September 2021. It arrived on property in October 2021. Paperwork we signed said we would be in the home end of November 2021. We did not get possession until February 11, 2022. House still was not finished, but Matt agreed to allow us to take possession due to my dad's failing health with the guarantee they would finish everything. That NEVER happened. Instead their people would come out to do the work, not be able to complete for whatever reason, and told my mom, who mind you had just lost her husband as my dad passed 12 days after we got possession, that they had to have a signature on the paper showing they were there to get paid, but that the would be back to finish. Apparently my mom was unknowingly signing that it was complete. Here we are 4 years later and well. My AC and Furnance have not worked since the first year. We had them repaired twice and I gave up. Lights, flickered all the time. Plug in my bathroom did not work after 6 months, until this year. Why you may ask? We lost a leg of power end of December 2024 to first of January 2026. Had an electrician come out and he found concrete un the electrical line. Not sure why, but appears maybe that area would not stay down when they burried the line, I don't know. But the line was fused to the cement and we were lucky we had not had a fire from it. Here I am now in July waiting on my electric company and electrician to run a new line as we lost power again. Yes we chose to repair to give us more time to pay for replacement. My windows, doors, trims and such are not square either. My countertop, not level. If you put your hands on my island to push up to stand, it bows in the middle. I called the city yesterday for permits and inspection reports only to find out that I am incorporated and not in city limits. Called county to see if they had them, and well they do not either. Apparently if state requires it, then they have it since I am considered municipality area due to being rural. Had I known then that I would still be battling all of this 4yrs later, I probably would have NEVER signed. I will be honest though, I am currently seeking legal recourse for their actions. It's time they be held accountable for what I am going thru and any others out there to know its ok that we fight against them. If my electricians license follows him into retirement, then theirs should as well. They knew they wouldn't need permits and code checks and did NOT say anything to us. Had my dad not passed then, the stress of this would probably be what does him in.
