We never have stable internet connection. There are always problems. We have this problem for more then 12 months now. The connection works as it wants, sometimes wifi can just turn off completely, sometimes it can last a few minutes, sometimes more. It causes problems with connection via messangers. In games it is even worse, you can't normally play anything, because ping is not normal too.

We have a router on Stechbahn in Kleve (Germany), we pay every month , but there are always problems with internet connection. It is not stable. Disgusting service
