I have used NZ post with no issues in the past but today is the exception. I intentionally set my parcel to 'do not sign, leave in letterbox' as I was at work all day, only to have a 'couldn't deliver' email sent to me that afternoon. I phoned customer service and apparently the courier just "ignored the instruction" and my parcel was now at Auckland depot.
He said as long as I requested again for the next redelivery it would be fine. I have a recording of my parcel history being set to do not sign for the new delivery. This morning apparently it "failed'' again and I now have to collect from Newmarket. Disappointing and frustrating.
