In the prior orders in October and November, we received the wrong item. Blueberry muffins were ordered instead it was replaced or substituted by a pomegranate breakfast bar, which had to be thrown out because it was unedible. I am complaining today about receiving the order with frozen blueberry muffins. This is the first time the muffins have been frozen and I do not have room in my refrigerator or freezer too receive this order. The operator said that the item had been changed online, but I do not look online every time because I am on the advantage plan and I’m supposed to receive exactly the same thing every month and an automatic shipment.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the past three months for the incorrect food I received and the inconvenience. I have canceled my subscription.
