I repeatedly tried to contact NS for 4 days at both numbers provided and all that happened was a never-ending play of music. I have left my phone on and had to actually charge the battery as it played not stop for over 3 hrs until I finally gave up each day. No one will pick up the phone and I can't get ahold of anyone to cancel my subscription, now I'm stuck with another order. Who can help me with this or do I have to contact Consumer Affairs and put in a complaint to them
