I received my order on January 22, 2026. There was no specific information sheet on how to start my plan (Jenny Craig used to provide a calendar paper menu with meals and grocery items to purchase/eat throughout the day). I ended up finding information on the app, and added it to my phone. Also set up an appointment with a coach to make sure I was doing the program right and could eat the food in any order. When the coach called, she said that was fine, and just to log what I ate on the app. So today I noticed that I don't have many meals left, and my next order won't ship until February 12th. Called Nutrisystem, and they told me I was supposed to stagger the meals during the two weeks, and only eat two of the items per day (like one breakfast and one snack, or one dinner and one lunch, etc). With Jenny Craig, they used to provide you with all of your breakfast, lunch and dinner items, along with a snack for each day. Anyway, I am close to being out of my Nutrisystem food and will need to figure out how to keep the low calorie meals going from purchases at the grocery store until my February 12th shipment. I am losing weight, but my comment to Nurtrisystem is: 1. Keep it simple - provide new clients with basic starting information that is clear and concise (should be one page with instructions, including loading the app, how much and what food to eat, and how to supplement from the grocery store). A paper menu would be helpful, rather than a booklet on information that is not helpful at the starting phase. 2. Add more information on weight loss in the coming shipments. There is too much in the booklet, and it should be a gradual education, not all at once. 3. Invest in high quality phone representatives. The two people I spoke with had a strong Indian (from India) and strong Spanish accent. They were difficult to understand. My coach had a very flat affect, and little empathy. This is an exciting time for those of us on this new journey, and a great and supportive coach goes a long way to keep customers engaged in the program. 4. Update the app with information on calories from eating fruits and vegetables. I am unable to log a piece of fruit or any vegetable. The app will not assign a calorie amount to these to add to my daily calorie intake.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response.
