My wife has a full body tilt wheelchair from NuMotion that broke and will not operate. My wife needs this chair to control lower leg swelling. I called and was told that a tech had to come out in 2 weeks. The day before they called and said we had to reschedule. After a heated discussion, it turns out that it could be diagnosed via phone video. This started a laborious and lengthy process and after 6 weeks, they still do not have the part. In the meantime, my wifes's leg issues have gotten to the point that I had to take her to the ER for treatment. My numerous calls to expedite the process have been useless and promises of a supervisor or coordinator call back did not happen. Please do not get involved with this company!
