While I'm highly satisfied with the direction my Amazon & eBay stores are going in. I reserve the fifth star as there's always room for improvement. However, considering the comprehensive and turnkey nature of BMBMatrix's offerings, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone looking to establish a successful presence on the two marketplaces. My eBay store went live three days ago and I've already had 7 sales. Kudos to the BMBMatrix team for a job well done!

Initially, I was a bit hesitant to give it a try, but I'm glad I did. I stumbled upon an opportunity that has allowed me to earn some extra income on the side. It has been extremely helpful, especially since my full-time job keeps me occupied for most of the day.

I can confidently say that this opportunity has been a game-changer for me. Not only has it provided me with an additional source of income, but it has also given me a sense of financial security. We hired BMB Matrix in July 2023 (Lite Package-5K), Since then my Amazon account has been permanently deactivated for fraudulent selling methods, which were all done by BMB Matrix. Since I could not sell items I requested a refund. BMB offered us a eBay account, which we were not interested. We asked for a full refund and they told us they would have their attorney contact us. To this day no one as tried contacting us. They have stopped all communications with us and even took us down from their Base Camp site. Beware of this company. This company should be closed down and boarded up. They have stolen our $5000 and refuse to return it. How can they live with themselves?

We Sell Best (This was the name of our Amazon store)

Products used:

BMB Matrix sold and shipped electronics for our store. It was a hands off 3rd party e-commerce store.

This company comes off as a full service e-commerce company creating, listing, shipping products and all customer service. It’s all a lie! They run the store into the ground, no packages get sent and Amazon ends up shutting the store down. Now they post videos of their “warehouse” and “office” on YouTube. If they were legit they would’ve fixed the issues from day one. But instead called us harassers, told us they gave us the service we paid thousands for, and never took responsibility until they fully ghosted us.

BMB Matrix offers to create an Amazon store, stock it with listings, ship the products to the customer from their warehouse, and provide customer service. In my sales call they give me statistics on how much they would sell for my store based on how much money I have for inventory, with the amount in my package being about $2000 a month in profit.

I paid $4,995 for this package in April of 2023. My store did have some sales in the beginning, but customers sent notes complaining that their products had not shipped, and the money was refunded from my account. This was a large percentage of orders. After 1-2 weeks the sales dropped to a very low amount, and it has remained that way. About 1/2 of my sales have been refunded due to not shipping. I have had no sales in the store for over 2 weeks, and no answers as to why.

The returns from the unmailed products from several weeks ago have not been paid back to me - they are supposed to be reimbursed, but the one person who I have some contact through messaging in the communication portal that they use says she will talk to the accounting department. But the issue is not resolved or answered over several weeks. This makes the loss over $5000 for me - closer to $6000 for the cost of the store, plus product chargebacks that Amazon expects me to pay.

The returns and refunds are so high that Amazon sent me several messages saying they will close my store. I have so many refunds that my Order Defect Rate is almost 20%! I've not been able to speak to anyone in customer service at BMB Matrix. No one answers calls, and no calls are returned.

The product, customer service, and sales that were promised in their sales pitch have not been delivered, and I've not had any satisfactory communication with anyone as how to resolve this. I have lost the $5000 of my original investment (plus accruing charges of customer refunds for products not shipped) with no way I can see of getting it back.
