I am writing to formally escalate a critical failure in your warranty parts fulfillment pipeline regarding my HVAC unit. My household has been without functioning air conditioning for two months during rising spring temperatures because a covered replacement condenser coil has failed to ship.

Issue Description
In late March 2026, my air conditioning system stopped working. A certified HVAC technician diagnosed a total loss of refrigerant (100% leak) caused by a failure in the factory condenser coil. The solution required is a replacement condenser coil and a complete refrigerant recharge.
Timeline of Delay and Communication:
Late March / Early April 2026: Anthony Capps Inc. verified the coil is covered under warranty and officially initiated the replacement order through your distributor, Blevins.
April 2026: Multiple status inquiries to the contractor resulted in the same response: the coil has not arrived, with estimates pushed back by "another couple of weeks."
April 2026: I contacted Rheem Consumer Affairs via email to resolve the confusion regarding the equipment brand, but my inquiry remains completely ignored.
May 20, 2026 (Today): The latest update from the contractor states the coil might arrive in 3 to 4 weeks, with no guarantee.
May 20, 2026 (Today): I called the Rheem/Nordyne customer service line and opened Case Number: CAS-247-4611-J7M6N2.
I was informed during this call that the contractor and distributor should work on a solution, passing the responsibility away from the manufacturer.
A lead time of 3 months for a standard warranty component on a unit that is less than three years old is entirely unacceptable. Deflecting the issue back to the contractor and distributor when the manufacturer cannot supply the part is not a viable solution. This delay is causing significant discomfort and safety concerns in my home as outdoor temperatures continue to rise.
Requested Resolution: I request that Nordyne immediately expedite the shipment of the replacement condenser coil to distributor Blevins or directly to Anthony Capps Inc. If the specific part is backordered indefinitely, I expect a compatible alternative or an entire replacement outdoor condenser unit at no cost to me to fulfill the terms of your consumer warranty.
