NordVPN review: Paid an annual subscription for a plan I cannot use

I paid $250 for an annual plan for their identity theft and darkweb monitoring service. I was told they cannot verify my identity, I can't have it unlocked by customer service, and I can't get even a partial refund. I was simply accused of not entering my information correctly, which is impossible because the information is directly pulled from password manager and was verified by me before submission. Do not do business with this company, they will take your money and run.
