Persistent Negligence
We ordered a specialty Halloween sweatshirt, hoping we would get it in time for Halloween.
Instead we received a Cleveland Brown football sweatshirt, something we have absolutely no desire for or use of.
In the ensuing email exchanges, Nora Clark Clothing has persisted in offering us unacceptable alternatives. None of these involve returning the product. Each email has progressively offered further unacceptable terms, all of which will cost us MORE money in order to receive the product they desired.
Customer service has repeatedly told us to keep the product we don't want and...through an extremely frustrating email series, offered
- a 20% discount on a new product
- a 25% discount on a new product
- a 30% discount on a new product
- a 35% discount on a new product, and most recently
- a 40% discount on a new product
Note that if we buy a new sweatshirt, we have still lost all the money from our initial investment.
I have asked repeatedly for a full refund, and they have refused to even acknowledge this desire.
Has anyone taken them to the Better Business Bureau yet?

Wrong product shipped. Will not ship correct product. Will not pay for return of errant product. Offered to refund only 10% of product price. Reason for no return was presented as shipping costs being too expensive and take too long. They also stayed that the quality of their products was guaranteed. I did not even mention the one product that was shipped correctly, but the cute saying that was printed on the product was illegible. I will never again purchase any product from this company. Completely unacceptable customer service.
Desired outcome: To ship the correct product.
Mixed Experience with NoraClark: Long Wait, Wrong Items Received, No Invoice Slip
I got a bit of a mixed bag experience with NoraClark. I ordered some stuff from them and after a full 5 weeks, I finally got my order. Honestly, that's not too bad, although it was a bit of a long wait. But then two of the items I received were not what I ordered...bummer. And the real kicker was that there was no invoice slip inside the package, so I had no way of contacting them to fix the mix-up. To make things worse, I ended up being out $79!
Overall, I'm feeling a bit frustrated with my experience with NoraClark. It's a real bummer when you don't get what you ordered, and not being able to contact the company to fix it is a real let-down. Hopefully they can get their act together and make sure they're sending out the right stuff, with a way to reach them if there are any issues.
Disappointed with Noraclark: Late Delivery, Wrong Sizing, and Poor Quality Products
So, I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Noraclark. I ordered 5 shirts, and only got 4 of 'em. And let me tell you, I was not pleased about having to wait a whole 6 weeks to receive 'em. And to top it all off, the sizing was waaay off - I ordered 2XL, but they were more like a large. Not cool, Noraclark. Not cool at all.
On top of that, the quality of the shirts themselves was pretty weak. I mean, I wasn't expecting top-of-the-line stuff or anything, but c'mon. These things were just bad.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend Noraclark to anyone. Sure, maybe my situation was a fluke, but I just can't picture giving them another shot after this. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Terrible Quality and Customer Service - My Noraclark Shopping Experience
So I went ahead and placed an order from Noraclark for some tops. They arrived, and let me tell you, they were just plain horrible. I couldn't believe the quality of the tops, or the fact that people are actually buying from this shop. Anyway, I decided to get my money back and reached out for a refund label. Unfortunately, I had to send a total of 35 emails before they finally offered me a measly refund. Apparently, the postage to return the dreadful tops was too high, so they offered a small refund instead. What an exhausting process! I definitely would not recommend Noraclark to anyone - the products are terrible, and the customer service is even worse. I still haven't received my refund, by the way. What a nightmare!
Noraclark Review: Total Mess! Cheap Quality & Wrong Items Sent. Stay Away & Save Yourself the Trouble
I bought some tops from Noraclark and it was a total mess! I was hoping to get the 8 tops I had chosen, but they sent me a completely different 8 tops that were totally ugly and cheap looking. I was totally disappointed with the quality of the tops they sent me, they look like they are made out of cheap materials and I wouldn't be caught dead wearing any of them.
The worst part about this whole experience is that now I'm stuck with these tops, because it is going to cost me almost as much to ship them back to China as the tops cost in the first place! It's a total ripoff, and I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Noraclark unless you want to waste your money on some junk that you would never wear.
I tried to get my money back from PayPal, but they told me I have to return the tops before they can help me get a refund. It's such a hassle and it's not fair that I have to pay for their mistake. I buy a top from Noraclark, wait for it and what did I get? Not what I asked for. They're like, "Sorry, we don't take returns." And let me tell you, the compensation they offered me was less than the cost of a happy meal at Micky-D's. That's just not right, ya know? I gave them one chance, and they let me down. Nora Clark ain't no good. Ain't gonna let me return my clothes for the right size or even get my money back. They told me that shipping was too pricey and that I gotta keep the clothes I bought. Even offered a discount, but it was only 10%. Come on now, that ain't much! I'm super bummed out cuz I spent $200 on clothes that don't even fit me right. The size chart online gave the right measurements, but the actual shirts were totally off. It ain't fair that I gotta keep these clothes that are useless to me. Nora Clark ain't the place to shop at, that's for sure.

This here company name Noraclark, let me tell ya, ain't worth a penny. They got my order all wrong, and I been emailin' and emailin', but ain't nobody seem to wanna fix this mess. Noraclark disappointment: Order not received despite delivery confirmation
So, I ordered this really cute dress from Noraclark on the 31st of August, 2022. According to their site, and also on Pinterest, it showed that my dress was delivered on September 10th, 2922. But guess what? I didn't receive it! Like, what gives, man?
I tried looking for a way to contact them or track my shipmentNC000, but I couldn't find anything on their site or Pinterest. What a bummer! I even took some photos of my order info on their website, but for some reason your site won't let me upload them. Ugh.
Here's my order info just in case someone from Noraclark is reading this and can help me out. My order number is NC*** and the SKU is ***. Oh, and it was shipped to a gal named Kathy via Standard National Line. The tracking number is YT*** and the carrier is Yun Express.
Really hoping someone from Noraclark can help me out with this because I was really looking forward to wearing that dress!
