On Nov. 21, 2025 I purchased a 100" 4k television from Amazon during the Black Friday promotion deals. The TV was $1,299.00 before tax and shipping. Since this was a large item it shipped out of Amazon's Heavy/Bulky/Shipping dept. They used NSD to ship the final segment and delivery. NSD's service includes a 30 minute courtesy call prior to arrival so you can prepare for delivery. According to NSD's tracking my TV was supposedly out for delivery on Dec. 4, @ 4:00 a.m. I had someone waiting at my home the entire day for delivery, it never came. I called into their customer service, got the HUB but the HUB couldn't reach anyone at the local depot, the ones who actually had possession of my TV. This went on for 6 days! My TV did not move, repeated calls, no one answering at the local depot or responding to emails, nothing! Finally on Dec. 10, 2025 tracking said my TV was out for delivery again. I was home the entire time. No courtesy call despite me calling in for days asking that there be one as they service claims to do. At 2:16 p.m. on Dec. 10, 2025 they claim to have made delivery. No knock of my door, no call, nothin. When I called in later that day, around 4:30 p.m. wondering when my delivery was to be made they claimed it already had been delivered. I was furious! Only THEN did they send a picture of the box of the TV leaned against my home. They had not notified their central HUB of the delivery nor me. I am convinced they simply unloaded the box, took the picture and loaded the box back up and left. They had planned the entire time to STEAL the TV and needed the extra few days to set up the caper. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use NSD! They are unprofessional, sloppy, unresponsive and at least in my case were most likely thieves! You have been warned!
