I pay for comprehensive collision and extra for 0 glass. I called to geta repacement because a cement truck in front of me hit my windshield with rocks causing 2 cracks and Noblr refused to cover. Never use this insurance. It's true what they say you get what you pay for.

I signed up a few months ago and my variable rate just went up and up
I signed up a few months ago and my variable rate just went up and up. I am a safe driver and have 0 accident and tickets, but the app will go by even if you pick up your cell phone while in the car. So I just canceled and they charged me a $25 fee for cancelling. Really? Never in all my years with auto insurance have I been charged a fee for canceling. That should be illegal. Sorry to write..rip off!

WORST CAR INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! If you can call that a "company" I submitted a claim more than a week ago and I still haven't heard from the adjuster or supervisor. This is frustrating. Let's no talk about their premiums at first they make you believe you are making a good move when you get them, just to find out two months later when I run out of NOBLR Rewards and they come out with this line "your driving score impacts your rate per mile times your number of miles driven." I am getting out of there one day if they decide to take care of my claim

I signed up for Noblr 3 months ago. I have never had a problem communicating with the Conceriage Team. I am saving around $60 per month. I believe Noblr auto insurance is the perfect auto insurance for safe drivers who are good drivers and that do not text or talk on their phones while driving. I paid 6 months in advance and get my monthly rewards as promised each month. I cannot speak for Noblr's response for claims. I hope I never have to. However, based on my experience with their team to date, I am confident that excellent customer service will be the same as it has been with all other contacts I have had with them.
