Nikenike shoes

I purchased my son new shoes for school. He has worn them almost a month and there is already a large tear on the side by his toe. I tried disputing this with Nike but they told me this was normal wear and tear. Now I know some kids can destroy shoes in a short period of time, however these shoes are still in almost perfect condition. The soles are barely worn. I questioned how an almost perfect pair of shoes would have this "wear and tear" in this one area in under a month. Of course they just keep emailing the same thing over and over. Very disappointed with Nike. As much money as they make, and as much money as consumers spend they can at least stand by their products, but I guess not
